I woke up today and I was up 0.4 lbs! I was trying to figure out why I could have gained weight when I've been sticking to the 500 calorie diet. Then I realized that you could have ill effects from using your ordinary deodorants and shampoos. I looked it up and found tons of people who have stalled because of these things. I found a few recipes I'm going to try out. I'll let you know how it works out, but for now you can find the recipes for homemade
deodorant and
shampoo here. Other than gaining a bit, today was pretty good!
Breakfast today was an apple and some green tea.
For lunch I ate taco salad (recipe from
day 4). Yummy!
For dinner I had one of the portions of my chicken & Tomato Curry soup that I had made
yesterday. It was very good and filling!
