Thankfully I am not doing this diet alone. My sister and sister-in-law are doing it also. It's pretty great that we are all doing it together because this way we will all have someone to talk to for recipes, tips and support!
We got together this weekend and went to Costco to pick up our meat and some fruits and veggies. What we did was portioned all of the meat in proper 100g servings, put them all in freezer bags and froze them. That way it will be a lot easier when we have to make our meals. We can just pull out a bag and cook it up!
Today, I portioned out most of my fruits and veggies into baggies. Most are roughly 50 calories per bag(which we are allowed two fruits and two veggies per day), some are a bit lower to make up for a higher calorie meat serving.
For veggies I have:
Broccoli
Asparagus
Zucchini
Cucumber
Lettuce
Tomato
celery
For fruit I have up:
Strawberries
Cherries
Apples
Grapefruit
For meat I have:
Chicken breast
Shrimp
Ground chicken
beef
pork
tilapia

Here I am before! I REALLY didn't want to post these images of myself for everyone to see. But here I am!!! After yesterday and today's phase one loading days(basically you take the drops and eat crap for two days), I feel worse than I look in these photos. I'm even kind of happy to be eating super healthy tomorrow! Anyways, I will let you know how my day goes tomorrow.
