This is what I had for breakfast. A serving of strawberries and some green tea. I was surprisingly not hungry after I ate this. I was a bit hungry between breakfast and lunch, but not starving, which is what I normally would have been.
For Lunch I had some beef that I had prepared and froze on the weekend(slow cooked with onion, garlic, herbs and beef broth). I thawed it a little and fried it in a pan with a bit of the juices from the beef stock and a serving of zucchini. I added some salt, pepper and liquid aminos to this and boy was it delicious!
I also drank TONS of water!
For dinner I had 100g of lean pork(all fat cut off), two melba toast, and a serving of broccoli. I baked my porkchop with some garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper, and rosemary. I drizzled a bit of my liquid aminos over my broccoli and it was quite tasty!
I knew I would be hungry between dinner and bed time, so I saved my last serving of fruit for a treat!
I made a sort of apple crisp, without the crisp. Here's what I used;
Apple Crisp
One whole apple cut into bite size pieces
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cocoa
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
a dash of pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp water
a dash of salt
Stevia to taste( I used 2 little packets)
I mixed it all up and put it in a small oven safe corning ware dish.
I covered it with foil and placed it in a 400F oven for 30 minutes.
I have to say this was really good. I will definitely be making this often:)
Now that I am finished with day one, I can't wait to wake up tomorrow morning and see if I've lost any weight! Until tomorrow...
